Our community engagement facilitation is about creating structured, productive conversations between organisations and the communities they serve.
Whether it's a regular liaison group, a one-off consultation, or an interactive public forum, we provide independent facilitation that ensures all voices are heard, discussions remain constructive and real progress is made.
We help organisaitons and communities move beyond talking at each other to talking *with* each other, building trust, fostering collaboration and (fingers crossed) shaping shaping meaningful outcomes.

How does it work?
Each engagement is tailored, but here's a typical process:
Pre-engagement planning
We meet with you to understand the purpose of the session, the context, and who needs to be involved. We also discuss key risks, sensitives, and logistics.
Pre-meeting check-in (optional)
We walk you through the session plan and make any final adjustments to the process meets your needs and the needs of the community.
Community Engagement Session
We facilitate a respectful, well-paced and inclusive session that allows everyone to contribute meaningfully. We make sure key issues are explored and that discussion flows in a constructive direction.
Post-meeting follow-up (optional)
We check in with you after the session and provide outputs, summaries, or next steps where appropriate.
